  • Is a Regional Director Europe, ISRRT; President, Panhellenic Society of Radiological Technologists; Chief Radiographer at GH of Athens “Laiko”; Associate Clinical Lecturer at University of West Attica; Registered Vocational Educator in Radiography.
  • Specializes in Computed Tomography (CT), Radiation Protection, Patient Safety, Patient Advocacy, Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Radiographer Role Development, Continuous Quality Improvement in Medical Imaging, and Medical Imaging Equipment Procurement.
  • Is a certified educator, registered with the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (Greece). He frequently designs and evaluates CPD programs for both the public and private healthcare sectors, collaborating with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to deliver high-quality training. 
  • Designed advanced CT protocols, benchmarked Diagnostic Reference Levels (DRL), involved in ISO working group and PACS committee, and developed technical specifications for public healthcare imaging systems.
  • Authored numerous papers on CT imaging, radiation protection, and patient safety, including recent work on low-dose chest CT for diagnosing pulmonary infections in hematologic malignancies.
