Was Health Sciences Research Supervisor of the Year at the University of Sydney in 2018. Received the Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Higher Degree Teaching in 2014 and was the Australian Universityteacher of the year (2017). Published over 250 publications in International and National Peer-Reviewed Journals and 5 Book Chapters.
